Exceeding 100 warnings with segments being removed in contact elements

I'm constantly getting the Warning: THERE WERE "x" SEGMENTS REMOVED IN CONTACT ELEMENT "y". Without further information, and after a search on the internet turned up no results, I'm posting here.

I had done this analysis with the sides of the rivets being bonded with the tubular frame, but was confused about the results, making me try it with the sides "separated", and the rivets clamping onto the plate and the tube.

I'm wondering, is it because the contact is a curved surface? or are the rivets too much?

I thought about using the bolt connector, but that doesn't work on curved surfaces, so I opted for the manual rivets, I am wondering if I should merge a flat surface at the rivet locations and use bolts and nuts from the bolt connector...

I'm attaching the log file and the model.

Were you ever able to get this resolved?  I was running a model with no problems.  After adding parts based on the analysis results it gives this error every time.  I even exported the model as a step and brought in back in thinking I could reset whatever was causing the problem.

I also encounter this problem frequently. I find that reducing the element size of the elements, producing a finer mesh, usually solves it. Provided everything is properly constrained.
