Error: Failed to schedule cloud solve

I am facing the above error for static as well as non linear simulations Kindly assist me.

Does Solve Details command give you any more information?

If you create a box and apply a constraint on one face and load on another face and Cloud Solve of Linear Static Stress, does that work? Trying to find out if its the model that's giving you issues or cloud solve in general.

If the simple model works then something might be incorrect with the model you are trying to Solve.

Hi Shekar,

Thanks for replying. As you suggested I tried the linear static simulation on a box and yes, it is working.
On the other hand, I tried non linear simulation on the same box, it is showing the same error. 
FYI in both cases I have selected ABS as a material. Can you help me out in this case?

Hi Akshay,

On the non-linear study can you do a pre-check and see if everything passes. If not, please fix your model. Also what does the Solve Details window says when the non-linear study fails. If you are still unable to get the Solve working, please attach the model here and someone should be able to take a look.
