Email Verify?

Hello,

In A360 I am getting a message at the top of my screen saying "We need to verify your email address".

I have followed the instructions several times..it says you have sent an email...no email shows up.

Why do I get this message and if you are sending an email where does it?

I have attached a picture of the screen.

If i click on the Button to verify my email, an error banner is coming up.

And why i get this verify banner? I am always registered?!
