Editable Documents are uneditable.

I am only using 8 of my allotted ten documents and I am not allowed to edit in two of those. If you look at the image it doesn't show the read only dialog box you normally see just when I try to edit I am not allowed. Is Fusion no longer with Hobbyists?

The component you have highlighted is an External (linked) file.  A Personal License of Fusion 360 does not allow for the editing of external files directly.  You must open the file from its external location.
