Edit sketch after converting to component

I did a lot of work on a body before converting it to a component.  I now know that isn't the correct way to do things, but am I really hosed?  I have some text extruded on the body and I just want to convert the text to all caps and increase the font size.  Is there a way to do that now that the timeline has been deleted when I made the component?  If so, I think that is a major bug.  The text still exists *somewhere*...why can't it be edited?

Just converting to a component doesn't delete the timeline.  Activate the top level item in the browser and see if your timeline comes back.

And if you attach your file you might get more help.

You were right...everything was there in the top level.  Thank you.

I am having another issue with the same file, and I have posted a link to the file in another thread.  You can check it out, and hopefully have a solution to the problem I'm having, in the thread linked below.
