Easiest way to Knurl a flat surface?

I have a flat surface I'd like to apply a knurl to in order to stick better to the wall with heavy duty tape. Any idea the best way to do this? Right now I'm multiplying 50 lines across a ~50mm circle both vertically and horizontally and extruding every other one (selecting them manually), which believe it or not is pretty inconvenient and ineffective.

Fusion file attached below as well, thank you in advance : )

Mmmm is that a proven way to increase tape adhesion?

3D Print? Resin?

Good questions, thanks. I haven't tested it out to yet but I hope it will improve adhesion, and this will be 3d-printed.

Hi,

1. create a sketch with just one profile (centered) and  extrude/taper (cut or join) it

2. create a rectangular pattern > feature extrude (select from timeline) > define directions > spacing >  symmetrical > option: identical

Nope, it accomplishes exactly the opposite!
