I created a plate. I added holes in the edges representing the drill size and depth. Then I added modeled threads of the correct length. I was hoping the Hole and thread note would provide me with a proper callout but only the hole callout is displayed. Is this the current state of the software or have I done something wrong? I was hoping to get:
1/4-20 UNC - 2B - TAP (depth symbol) .48
.201 DRILL (depth symbol) .6 - (1) HOLE
I got:
(dia symbol).2 (depth symbol) .6
Thank you for any help.

Hello @colinNJB25 ,
Can you please attach a quick video of the issue you are facing?
Did you use the hole tool to create the hole and thread or did you add the thread to existing holes? The hole callouts only work if you use the hole tool to create the hole and thread at the same time. Not sure if it works with modeled threads.

Just did a quick test and it does work with modelled threads.
But you have to use the hole tool to create the threaded holes.

I can't do a video but here is a simple file that shows my problem. There are 4 operations in the time line. When you create a drawing you can not get a thread callout.
Ah, that is what I am doing wrong. I am creating a hole and then adding threads. It does every thing but let me specify the thread depth. That is still faster than making the whole callout from scratch.

There is a thread offset option.
