Hi
I wonder if I could get some feedback on my design/Drawing please. This drawing was taken from a design of mine as a front door assembly for a 3D printer. the question lies about the hole dimensions & specifically how I've marked them up & whether or not I've done that correctly, I'll explain what I wanted & then what I had in return.
As I didn't have the recourses to cut this myself I sent it to a perspex cutting business etc etc. the 8 holes around the door frame & the 4 holes in the door were meant to be' a 4.5mm hole with a 8mm countersink at 90'..what I received was all holes drilled out to 8mm. & now I'm a little stuck as what todo. I could easily 3D print some inserts to make them the correct size again but that would mean changing other parts which were designed & printed beforehand. & if I'm to blame then thats what ill have todo I guess. whereas if it was a mistake on their part I'm sure they won't mind rectifying their mistake "hopefully "
