Drawing environment direction wrong when Z up

Hi,

I noticed that when Z is up direction in part, in drawing editor the environment lighting is wrong. Environment top is from the back.

If Y is up direction in part, then drawing environment lighting direction is correct and light comes from top.

Hi,

Yes, of course. Here is the 3D model and drawing files with the Y axis pointing up.

The issue is lying with the placement of the part from the origin. When you flip the view of the view cube, you have to use "Top" according to the origin (circled in red). What you were using is the top of the model which was really the side because the view cube had been moved
