Drawing dimension permanence problems

I'm having massive problems all over the place with drawing dimensions becoming disassociated or suddenly moving to snap onto a different point than they were previously.  Any dimensions placed on detail views behave erratically.

It's a total mess right now, I'm having to constantly redo work.

Part of the issue here is objects that are Suppressed will suddenly "unsuppress" themselves and then that causes issues with section and detail views and dimensions, even on dimensions that don't attach to the suppressed objects!

I understand that you are experiencing an issue where objects are suddenly unsuppressed, which appears to be generating disassociated dimensions.

To investigate this further, we will need some additional details:

• Are you able to reproduce the issue from scratch? If so, could you please share a sample?
• Are you creating the drawing using only visible components/bodies, or with all components visible?

I can appreciate how frustrating this issue must be. Have you already contacted our support team regarding this topic?

Thanks for sharing the feedback. There are a few known issue about the dimension association, and all internal tickets are in the Epic of  DID is FUS-166461.

We are working in progress to improve the association behavior. As Lukasz said, please share the dataset and details about the issue you met, then we can check the details.

Have you seen the follow-up questions from LukasZygmunt  and liang_chen ? 
If so, could you share some additional details or an update on the issue? The more information you provide, the easier it will be for the community to help.

Unfortunately I don't have time to redraw work just for the sake of testing.

It was all from a new, hybrid design involving cylindrical options and multiple components. I can email a file to a support contact but I won't post it here.

Some other issues:

1. Cropped views had caused me major problems with disassociated dimensions if I moved the view, but this isn't always the case.
2. Bill Of Materials in drawings often load with the Part Name and other manual fields in lower case, then eventually flip to upper case.
3. Description in BOM disappears and reappears at random.
4. Part names in BOM  slow to update or not updating at all.  See 2nd picture
