Drafting filleted corners

I want to make mounting for screws in the top portion of a box to screw the lid in. The design is meant to be 3D printed so "floating" horizontal face is no go. I was thinking about using "Draft" tool but I don't know how to set it up for it to work.

In the photo below is what I'm working with and on the right is my workaround of making 2 extrusions and chamfering them.

it's hard to tell from the image.  Is the bottom face of the one on the left above the "floor"?  Draft can certainly work in this case.  Can you share the design?  It will be easier to illustrate on your exact model.

Draft will do the job, you need to make the extrude longer and add an offset plane like this. Then use a 2 sided draft. Sample file attached

I have not thought about making a offset plane to attach a draft to, really clever. This made me understand draft tool. Thank you.
