Dimension Change

Good day, 

Please can I have assistance. 

I am still new and learning how to use Fusion 360. 

I have drawn my part and realized I put a dimension in incorrectly.

How do I got and change it without it messing up my entire workflow?

I would like to change the 103, which is the tip of the nose to 98mm.

If my workflow is incorrect, please can u suggest some tutorials to watch.

You will have to clarify your request a bit more.  The largest diameter or radius in the area you indicated is 81 and 40.5mm respective.  You also need to add a lot more sketch constrains.

Sorry yes, badly explained. 

The overall length is currently 103.01, I'd like that length to be 98mm.
