Difficulty lofting for compression mold

I am using Fusion 360 to create CNC files to cut out on my school's CNC machine.  I am using MDF to create two faces of a compression mold to make the paddle blades of a carbon fiber kayak paddle.  I need to have two faces to the mold because I am going to use an expanding adhesive to fill spaces between the two molds that aren't filled with my carbon fiber laminates when I cook the whole thing in an oven under vacuum clamping.  I can loft the interior (power) face of the blades, but I am having difficulty lofting out the exterior face of the blade.  I made a screencast of the problems I am encountering.  My search of the forums have not uncovered any solutions.  Perhaps I am using wrong search criteria?  Has anybody encountered a similar problem and found a solution?

No screencast inserted.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

If I understand correctly, you want to create a two part mold which matches the faces of the paddle.  You should be able to start with a single block that represents the mold and completely encloses the paddle. Use Combine|Cut (Save Tools and possibly New Component checked) to generate the mold cavity. Use the Split tool to create the parting line.  You can use lines, curves, and splines to create the Split tool.

I'll have to check out the process you mention.

Not sure why the screencast didn't make it.  I'm still attaching the file you requested, but it seems that I have solved it myself.  I just needed to adjust one of the splines that I am using to create the back side of the paddle.  I'm not sure why that correction hadn't presented itself earlier.  Thank you for your response.
