Designing a compound curve?

Trying to figure out how to add another curve perpendicular to flat and curved section shown below:

Here's the sketch I wanted to use to extend that blue face outward:

I had added the curve to the straight part of the surface, but couldn't figure out how to continue on through the curved surface.  And to make things even more interesting, it would be great to not only continue it on that curved area, but for that second curve to diminish as it moved up the curved face.

 

This does sound confusing, but ironically, if I could draw it, I could show you what I mean.

Hi! If I understand your request correctly, you may want to take a look at Ruled Surface and Project to Surface workflows. The Ruled Surface allows you to create a protruded surface based on a selected loop (sketch geometry or edge) at any distance and any angle. Project to Surface allows you to project the edge to a selected face.

Please share the f3d file here so that the forum experts can take a closer look.

Hi! I am sorry I don't quite follow the requirement. Are you trying to round off the edges like the attached image?
