Designing 3D Odd-Shaped Object

I don't quite know what questions to ask, or where to start, so I am looking for advice. I have this part I need to build to mount on a car. I've constructed the part out of poster-board exactly how I want it. I'm fairly new to Fusion so I dont know all of the tricks and tools. As of now, I've inserted both sides of the part and the top and bottom of the part into fusion using the canvas too and drawn/extruded the four different sides. I will attach a picture of what my end goal is, which is the poster board part. I'm just struggling with how to design this in fusion because of my odd dimensions and offsets. I need the top and bottom to be offset 3/16" from the edges on the sides. I apologize for the lack of description, but I'm hoping the picture of the end goal helps. Any advice will help. Thank you in advance.

Please attach the model you have done in Fusion 360.  You have done all the work actually, if you can create a paper model, just do the same thing in Fusion, one component at a time and joint it together.  I would recommend sheet metal for those sides as it looks like they are bend up close to the hole end.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

John, I really appreciate your help. I am very lost designing this part. The bends, alignment, and correct dimensions are throwing me for a loop. I need the sides to be 3/16" offset and this part will essentially have a top and a bottom that follow the shape of the side pieces. I'll attach my file with all four parts in it, and hopefully we can talk through what I need/what I'm looking for and you can help me. Again, thank you in advance.

Here is a better idea of what the bottom is supposed to look like in terms of fitting with the side. Yes, I know my bend is off, but I'm trying to give you the right idea.

Your assembly is a big mess!  Your sketches are not even on standard planes, you do not have any usable dimensions or sketch constraints.  All you give me a a couple of poor pictures and an assembly where only one component seems remotely to look like a piece in your picture.  I cannot read your mind and I am not going to take the time to straighten out an assembly that is not defined.

If you can take a notepad, sketch each component, with detail dimensions and post those, so someone can actually read them, then you may get some help.

Maybe the attached model will give you some idea on how to start.
