Design for autodesk communication problem

Hello,

 

I would like to ask wether there is any chance that the problem with design for autodesk projects backlog was solved, because me and my sister sent our projects in March, and since then noone of us recieved any response from the Autodesk team (except project subbmission confirmation). We both sent few emails to the Design4Autodesk@autodesk.com e-mail, and again noone of us recieved a single response. I find this lack of communication uncool, and kind of unprofessional, especially from the company whose product I considered to buy in the future (as soon as my first business sets off), and to introduce to my university. I also happened to post here earlier, but all information I obtained (plus the information from other, simillar topics) was that there is this said "backlog", I suppose that our projects got somehow skipped or missed, beacause my firends project (sent in April) got already veryfied, and he recieved his prize in May.

I am convinced that it's not usual for such backlog to last over 3 full months, I hope than there is a way that you can help me clarify this situation, thank you in advance for all useful informations.

Hi Michal,

 

Sorry about that.  I see your hydraulic press and it's really nicely modeled.  We'll approve it asap and you'll get paid!  Can you let me know your sister's email address so I may look her project up too?  I'm brand new to the team and have access to the design4autodesk@autodesk.com email inbox so if you don't want to share her email here you can write to that address and I'll see it at the top of the list.

Me and my sister both recieved confirmation emails on 23th of June, and it said that during next 2-3 weeks we'll recieve our payments. Well today is the end of the third week, and noone of us recieved anything new, despite few mails we sent to the design for autodesk official email. If by any chance someone from the autodesk team sees this post, please check it out. I honestly didn't expect that to take this long, it's already 4 months...

Hi Michal - I know the team has been working nonstop on processing payments, but as with approvals, there is a significant backlog causing some delays in processing.  Please be patient and sorry for the frustrations.

Hi,

Has anything moved in this topic? I have hard time believing that it takes so long to prepare an invoice for evaluated projects... It's already been 4 months instead of 4 weeks. Smiley Sad
