Decal location problem

Hi there everybody,

I am trying to locate and place my decal in the center of a ring and i having a problem.

Because it's a ring, there is no material/body in the center and therefore I cannot center and place my decal.

Is there any one who face this problem before??

Can you share the model file and decal file . 

I can try . You need to scale it up and place it in center .
