Basic 2D Drawing issues

Hello, I am Aniket Sase, operating Autodesk Fusion 360 since 3 months under Startup licence. Currently not able to convert 3D cad to 2D drawings. It says reinstall the app then it will work.I did its twice but its not working. Kindly solve the isuue.
