Are you attempting to Sweep-Cut a circular profile along that "spiral" path?

Can you File>Export the *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here?

You will have to make your profile sketch small enough that it will not self-intersect as it sweeps the "spiral".

Now if you want a real Spiral - go into the Coil command (just like in Inventor)

Can you Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here and give exact specifications that you need.

(If you can't figure out how to do it in Fusion, attach your Inventor *.ipt file here since you have experience with that program.)
