I want to cut into the two bodies on top using the upper edge of the fillet shown. How can I do this? The cut needs to be similar to the one made using the underside of the flange. The problem is that the upper edge of the filler is a spline and this cannot be cut using a simple plane. I was able to make the cut under the flange using the "split body" feature and using the lower face of the flange as a cutting tool. File is attached for reference.

There are few bodies above the Fillet edge.  I combined them into one after splitting them from the rest.  Model is attached.

Hi! Another approach to consider is to leverage Ruled Surface. Go to Surface tab and click on Ruled Surface command -> select the fillet edge -> select the desirable direction (plus angle) and distance. The surface can be used to split the body.

Many thanks!
