Custom title attributes not working

Hi, 

I have added a custom attribute to my title block template. However when altering the title block in a drawing you can type text in the custom attribute but it will not remain there when you click out of the text dialogue box, the text just disappears. 

I have added a screen record for additional Info. (it doesn't show it in the record but if I click on any other attribute I can alter them no problem)

Am I doing something wrong is there a fault?

Deleting the old entry is not possible, only overwriting it.
