Custom internal thread

Hello, 

i have read several post about custom thread but did not find help for my project.

I need to do an internal thread with such informations. I tried to modify the XML sheet but it does not really fit the information written on it, or i may have miss something ?

Here is the informations :

Internal thread - UNS-2B

Min Major Diameter : 1.0350"

Min Pitch Diameter : 1.0188"

Max pitch diameter : 1.0234"

Min Minor Diameter : 1.008"

Max minor diameter : 1.014"

I'll ask an additional question, do you want a cosmetic thread or do you want a modeled thread?

And, you will need to specify the number of threads/inch (Pitch or TPI).

Apparently from the other thread, the Pitch=40.

One more question:

How will the threads be manufactured?  Are you going to machine this in metal on a lathe or are you going to print this in plastic on a 3D printer?

Or do you only need traditional simplified 2D representation on detail drawing?

Once you have answered the other questions I can show you how to model the threads.

Thank you very much.

I will need to 3D print it either in FDM or in SLA. FDM would be cheaper and so more convenient for this project.

I'm used to Fusion 360, so be easier for me if it can be done with it.
