Hello

I do animation in Blender but use Fusion for modeling.

I would like to know how you would create defects/dents in an object's mesh in Fusion, like in the image below.

mainly on the edge as marked in the red circle

Thank you.

Hi

Yes, you can simply sketch such a trace on one face and use the Revolve operation in cut mode to remove the material.

Is there a way to apply this defect to multiple parts of the object at once? In random locations?

If you model it, you will have it modeled.

Is there any command, for example: random, to type in the value of a resource, for example: fillet size, to apply fillet to different lines with different sizes at once?

I would suggest you use a displacement texture in Blender to apply such imperfections!

In the fillet dialog box, you can specify multiple places assigned to different values in one command; but I don't see the relevance of this tool to your topic.

Understood!

Creating such features as actual geometry is much more problematic in CAD than in a Mesh based software such as Blender!

For visualization purposes, usually a bump or perhaps better a normal map are the right tools. There are quite a few plugins available to help with that in Blender.

But this isn't Fillet, it's Revolve.

Yes, you can draw multiple regions in a single sketch as long as they all lie on the same plane.
