I have the face selected and hole positioned. countersink, threaded hole, etc, the picture shows the threads, but when I export to STL, the threads do not display and the 3D print is smooth with no threads. please help

Do not put the countersink in the Hole feature.
Add a Chamfer after the Hole.
Now right click Edit the Hole and change the thread from Cosmetic to Modeled.
Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
