Create a tapped hole for 3D printing

I created a part with a tapped hole, 1.25 with 8TPI UNC.  I get a message "select linear or circular reference edges to fully define hole location", I cannot seem to be able to select a reference.  I have the face selected and hole positioned. countersink, threaded hole, etc, the picture shows the threads, but when I export to STL, the threads do not display and the 3D print is smooth with no threads.  please help

Do not put the countersink in the Hole feature.

Add a Chamfer after the Hole.

Now right click Edit the Hole and change the thread from Cosmetic to Modeled.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
