Create a single surface to with this shape.

The objective is to use this surface as a reference to control surface finish.

Okay....? I'm not sure what the actual question is here. I see the surface, as in your image, but there's no Setup, toolpath attempts or tooling. What is the actual goal here? I assume there's other models that are needed as well?

The objective here is to obtain a single surface with the fallowing shape in order to use has auxiliary surface to control the finish quality/tool orientation on PowerMILL multi axis Machining.

Well, this is the Fusion forum, and you did supply a Fusion file, but you just mentioned PowerMill. If you ARE working in Fusion, I'd say that this is more of a Modeling question, not quite a CAM question (even though that it does eventually morph into something CAM related). If you agree, let me know and I'll move this thread to the correct forum (rather than have you create a new post)
