Hi everyone!
I am attaching a project for a tablet holder bracket that will be fixed to the dashboard of a Hummer H3.
I ask you to help me draw a flexible tab that allows the tablet to be fixed.
In the attached file the tablet is white; while the tab is red.
At the moment the tab drawn in this way is not flexible at all.
I would like to print the bracket in ASA.
I could make a thousand attempts to create a flexible tab but I would prefer at least a starting point to work on.
Thank you very much!!!

Not much if anything wrong with the design, you need material sections size that will allow for some displacement at time of installing and rigidity to hold it there. Consult with the printer peeps.
Might help...
Just make it thinner where it attaches to the STAFFA. You can also control the amount of flex with the number of walls, top and bottom layers, and infill. Reducing the overlap will also reduce the amount of flex needed.
