Cosmetic threads with custom pitch

Is it possible to create a cosmetic thread with custom pitch in Fusion?

For example for M50 internal thread the only options for pitch are 1.5, 2, 3 and 4.

I want to create M50x0.7 internal thread.

The only reason I do cosmetic threads is to have them symbolicly represented on drawings. I could just choose the closest thread pitch which is 1.5 but that just doesn't look right on a drawing in regards to proportionality.
