While your screenshot is very explanatory, these things are much easier to evaluate on the "real thing".

I have verified this.  This is a bug.  Copy/Paste should also include the offset constraint/dimension.  I will file this bug.

This had already been reported internally as FUS-22197.  Will try to get its priority bumped up.

I don't think it has to be bumped up. I just report bugs if i run into them.

Just FYI - this bug has been fixed in our internal build.  It may take a while to propagate out to a Fusion update, but the fix is on the way!
