Yes. Start with watching the Sketch tutorial in the Learn section. While you're at it, watch the others as well.

This will provide us with a more solid foundation to continue the conversation 😉

This profile is a good exercise for a beginner to familiarize themselves with what sketching has to offer!

LOL thanks! But I have to little time for it at the moment. Sooo could you please tell me step by step how to do it, maybe with a screencast? If it's not to much asked.
