copy and paste entire sketch and object

hi..i want to copy entire sketch and object and paste but i can copy and paste sketch or object each but can't copy all together.

please help me thanks !

Rule No1, if you use that, you would be able to do what you ask for.

Sketch and body in same component, 

copy paste component, exactly what you ask for.

• If your object is an component and you "Copy / Paste" that object, you're creating an instance. Instances are linked to the source and if you change the source, all instances will follow. If you want decoupled copies you might want to  use "Copy / Paste New" like shown in the screen cast.

If you want to have parts of the sketch in another sketch you might want to use projecting. To understand the different kinds of projecting I highly recommend this post.
