Convert surface to sheetmetal

How would I convert this body to sheetmetal to simulate bending down the center hump? The parent model, the mold it was taken from as a surface offset, is a mess so I just offset this surface and cut it out as it would be on our cnc router, converted it to a component and exported it .

That geometry cannot be created with the sheet metal tools in Fusion and as such cannot be converted into a valid sheet metal part.

Well, bummer.

Is there a way in fusion to get what I'm after? It will be a thermoformed plastic part that will hold feeders of different thicknesses based on how it is bent post thermoforming. I suppose I could just make different itterations of it with the center portion extruded from different sketches that maintain the same length. Mainly hoping to learn to do a new thing rather than muddle through with what I know.
