Component Drag feature not available

First of all I want to say thank you very much, guys! This is a really great job!!!

I hope together we can make Fusion360 even better 🙂

I started to deal with Fusion360 couple of weeks ago, and of course watched training videos on Youtube. There were some questions , the answers to which I have not found. I am going to describe them separately.  I hope you can help me.

In one of the clips described cool feature Component Drag. But I do not have this 😞

I work online and the latest updates are downloaded automatically. (Windows 7)

This is one of those features that's only available in direct edit mode, record history off. With history on you can just drag a component then click Revert or Capture Position.
