Make the header of dialog boxes a different color from the options in the box. The boxes when appearing blend in with all the other greys in the work area.if say the Appearance dialog box is minimized and I've moved it to the side quite often its visually hard to find among all the other objects on the screen. This would not need to be a strong color just enough to make them stand out.
