Very new to using fusion. I'm not sure why I keep having collisions. I've played with longer tools and still get the collisions. I don't want to remove all the stock due the pieces coming loose. Any help would be grateful

Hello @Anonymous 

As far as I checked your program you could try to use Rest Machining you will find this option on the screenshot below:

It should help you. I checked this and for Inside Cut, it helps to remove all collision warnings.

I think that Fusion shows you collisions with the rests of the material left after previous passages.

In this case, it should help too if you add some extra operation to remove the rest of the material.

You can make it like this scheme: roughing ->  medium-fine machining -> finishing.

Using this you should receive a better surface finish.

 

One more thing, in this case, I suggest you use shorter tools.

Those which you using now are unnecessarily long.
