When I try to open the change parameter window. It won't pop up.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I've searched the database, and the alt+Space the M then the arrow keys does not rectify the problem.  Now parameters are useless for me.

Try right clicking on the taskbar and reset it.

In windows I found this problem when I changed my monitor setup.  The solution was to go into the display properties of windows and switch the primary display back to my other monitor.  I could then reset the position of the window by moving it back to the visible fusion 360 window.  I swapped primary monitors again and could see the properties window.

Do you have the timeline enabled (record design history ) ?

There is no parameter window when the timeline is disabled.

Try this, click the parameters icon, press Alt+Space then press M then press the up arrow. The active window should jump to the mouse pointer, just move to the position you want and click the right mouse button.

Try with notepad and you'll see how the tip above works. This works on a PC don't know if there's an equivalent on a mac.

the<  alt+space M> solution did not work for me which is why I had to swap the windows primary display toggle in the windows display settings.
