How to model a hex part that is turned/chamfered down to a cylinder?

Sorry if this is really basic, I haven't been using Fusion 360 for very long and I was unable to find a solution but I may be using incorrect search terms.

 

I am trying to replicate the photographed part, and I have included a render of where the model is at so far. I have been unable to figure out a way to represent the process of turning a taper on the end of a hex for chamfering purposes. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Use Revolve > Cut, 

 

make a sketch above your cylinder, with the inclined line at the correct angle.  Close the profile high enough to clear over the hex edge.

The cylindrical part is created on a lathe and that's how modeling should be approached. This is not a loft, but a revolve.

revolve is the solution

Guys, perfect. Thanks so much. I had tried loft and it kinda worked but didn't feel quite right, the revolve -> cut makes more sense to me as it's basically a turning operation in itself.
