Change of parameters of generated gear (helical gear+) afterwards?

I have modelled a part containing a gear (using the add-in Helical Gear+).

After I have tested it, I had to change the gear a bit. But I couldn't find a way to change the (parameters) of the gear so that all changes after the gear generation would also ripple down. So I had to redesign most of the part again (location of gear, holes in it, text in in, etc).

Is there a way to more easily change the gear a bit, without having to redesign everything after the gear was introducted the design?

I would love to know the answer to this. Using Helical Gear Generator, myself. Hoping the process would be similar.

As far as I know, you can not go back and edit the dialog box of the helical gear generator, it is once and done. You can change some parameters in Fusion but there are none for tooth profile.
