Change of orientation while deriving components????

While deriving the components to a new body the orientation of the newly derived body is becoming vertical but for the instructor, it works fine. Could anybody solve this problem?

Even though if we change the home position, while changing the orientation/ views I face some difficulties to reach some geometries in the component.derived geometry.JPGorginal orientation.JPG

If you observe the derived geometry and original assembly file they both are not on the same orientation. while deriving geometry how can we generate a file with the same orientation?

This is difficult to evaluate without having access to the original design.

shall I provide the original assembly file to you ??? You can see the video that I have uploaded so that you can have a better idea about my situation.

I'm going to take a guess....

The original was modeled Z-up, and you're deriving it into a Y-up file. Or vice-versa.

It shouldn't matter though, since presumably you will use a Joint to bring it into the proper position/orientation.
