Change default camera in sketches to "Perspective"

Hi,

   Each time I enter sketch mode, the camera defaults to Orthographic if sketch auto-look is on.  Is there a way to make it use Perspective or Perspective with Ortho Faces?

Thanks,

Mike

Here is the screencast.  Again, this only happens when Auto-Look is enabled in the settings.  The work-around for me is to disable auto-look.

I didn't catch the "auto look at" in your first post.  I don't use that setting (drives me crazy).  I remember a conversation about this a little while back.  I thought it had been fixed.

@jeff_strater , is this a reappearing bug?

That is semi-intentional, I believe.  The idea, if I remember correctly, is related to projecting and auto-projecting edges from the model.  In a perspective view, the apparent location of an edge is not where it would land when projected.  This could lead to misleading results.  Fusion is supposed to restore your camera preference when exiting the sketch, and it did in the simple trial that I did.

Like @laughingcreek - I hate auto-look-at, and also "auto project edges on reference", so I turn those both off.

I also am a strong proponent of turning off all those "Auto-crapyoudonotwant" options.
