Chamfering round edge that has multiple segments

I imported this model as an stl and converted it to a BRep file.  I cut a chunk off and chamfered 2 edges, but now I need to chamfer the whole outer ring on the top side.  However I can't figure out how to do this.I tried selecting every segment along the edge and chamfering, but I just get errors.  I attached the file so you guys can take a look and tell me how to do this as I have no idea obviously.

Thanks

Here's one way:

There are a few extra steps as the Project|Intersect command fails when clicking on OK, but works when hitting the Enter key.

Here's another way using mesh sections to reverse engineer the part and model as an editable brep. Takes a bit longer but the end result is a solid you can easily edit. File's attached.

When I get to the point where you select the triangle and revolve it, I always get an error, typically it is inconsistent edge-face relationships or there was a problem combining geometry together.  Any idea why this might be happening?

Edit, I found a simple workaround by just creating a triangle sketch that uses the intersect sketch as a reference and revolve cutting.  Rather than using a single line to cut directly on the intersect sketch, not pretty like your guy's solutions, but functional
