chamfer issues please help

hello,

 I cant seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong here. I am attempting to put a chamfer on all the top edges but on the backside an issue keeps popping up. The backside chamfers differently than the front if anyone could provide any pointers or assistance that would be greatly appreciated.

just out of curiosity, do you really want an angle of .13 here? ( a tenth of a degree).  That is a very small angle, nearly parallel to the top face.

I don't see those same effects, even at that extreme angle:
