Thermal simulation - applying thermal source to multiple bodies

I have a question about applying thermal loads to multiple bodies.    I have an array of resistors, and I know the total wattage of the heat load to the combined set of resistors (10W)  My question in, if I select all the bodies at once and apply a heat source of 10W, does it divide the heat source evenly between all the selected bodies, or does it apply the total heat source load to each body.   My thermal simulation seems to suggest that it applies the average thermal source value to each body, for a total value of 10W, but I wanted to make sure that was the case

Thanks,

Hey T,

This is correct.  The Internal Heat Load distributes the total heat value across all selected bodies.  If you want to apply a known heat value to each body, then you would want to create a different Internal Heat Load for each body.

Do the Radiation and Convection heat loads function in the same way?
