Certain sketches appear in design but don't print.

Hello all--if someone could give a beginner a tip I'd be most grateful.

I have modeled a simple stackable Raspberry Pi Case to get acquainted with this remarkable program.   One feature is four cylindrical posts with holes in them. They one-centimeter tall, 6mm diameter cylindrical posts that serve as standoffs for the Pi board.  The box prints beautifully but there is not any trace of the four standoffs.  The rest of the box prints exactly as I expected. On a previous version, the posts printed, and they're clearly in the design, so somehow I've disconnected them on the way to the printer.  I'm sure this is a common beginner error but I'm scratching my head here.

Fusion360 is running on a Mac, the printer is a Makerbot and MeshMixer generated the STL file and invoked the Makerbot.  Any ideas on how to debug?

Most likely, the posts are separate bodies in your design.  Can you share your design here?  It'd be easier to answer with the actual data in hand.

No need--your hint was enough.  I had somehow constructed the post so that they didn't quite touch the base.  I couldn't figure out how to see this directly but I confirmed it by attempting to fillet the joint.  Instead of a concave fillet, it rounded the bottom of the posts.  So your surmise was correct.
