Do you mean a CATIA CGR (Catia Graphical Representation) file? I believe that only the CATPart and CATProduct files are be translated to a native Fusion 360 format. Does this answer your question?
Are you using the Data Panel > Upload command will send the file to the Autodesk Translation Service? At this time, the following file formats are supported:
