Cannot Install Fusion New Computer Help!

Got a different computer.   Installed Fusion and it worked.  Then installed a VPN and antivirus and it didn't work.  Now I have uninstalled anti-virus and disabled VPN and uninstalled Fusion.  It will not reinstall I get a server problem error.   See attachment.  I am working on a job and need to use Fusion today.   Please help if you can.  Thanks!

Server problems usually indicate some issue with network communication. In the e-mail you sent to support there is an error.

socket.gaierror: [Errno 11001] getaddrinfo failed

There's a solution article here that describes some options that you may try. It's likely that this issue is related to anti-virus, software or a firewall or similar.

I note that a list of domains and ports that Fusion 360 needs to connect to are available in this link. Do you know if there is anything on your network that would prohibit access to these domains such as anti-virus software or a proxy server?
