Hi. I am experiencing the same problem.

I just follow the Autodesk Academy course "Product Design in Fusion 360: From Idea to Prototype"

I use Fusion 360 on Mac (it might be not a problem on Windows).

Do you have any solutions?

Apparentely this bug was brought from Inventor (I don’t know about the other Autodesk products), that at some point some functions stop working.
Save-project-and-Fusion-relaunch helps to solve this problem.

P.S. Don’t want to start a new thread.
Is there a way to re-dimention t-spline forms? I meant, bring that dialog box which appears when t-spline form is being created.

No, not in Fusion 360.

Same problem here, same course  "Product Design in Fusion 360: From Idea to Prototype",  Section 2 Lesson 7, minute 12:12, impossible to insert exact edge there. Im using last version of Fusion 360, Windows 10.

Keep in mind that T-Splines REALLY like continuous Loops.    I was able to locate the Edge by selecting the entire Loop, creating the new Edge all the way around the part, then deleting the "unwanted" segments.    That said, I wouldn't delete those segments- just let 'em be:  those 3 Edge intersections will cause you serious grief later.    I wonder how @Anonymous resolved the issue.

Without any workaround just restart Fusion 360. That helps in many cases.

Restart does not work in this case, I even uninstalled and re-installed Fusion and it does not work. It happened too to me in a previous lesson that indicated doing one side with a simple edge and the other with an exact edge to see the difference.

I'll try that, Thanks.

Sadly, restarting can't transform T-Splines or my looks- well, unless I'm taking a dance break.

If you have a negative Insert Location value, try putting a positive Insert Location value instead.

I had this same problem and changing from a negative insert location value to a positive one worked.  Thanks.
