I am trying to find out more details as to why you're facing difficulties Uploading, Saving, Opening, Viewing, or Exporting in  Fusion 360. It is important to make sure that the file that you're trying to open fit the file to Mac - what file type you're trying to open?

Have problem with design and drawing files

I copied the file to a new folder then opened the copy. Maybe this will help?

Problem was in file name in Russian language. I changed name to English clear cash and open file without problems
