Problem Inputting Distance

I've been trying to freely adjust the size by dragging but it stuck at multiplies of 100, how do i freely adjust it like this guy in this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qo-0vH-gTD4

Hi @Anonymous,

Most probably, you have "incremental move" turned on in your grid settings:

If you uncheck this box, you should be able to drag freely.
