Cannot convert the mash file to solid.

Hello every one,
I was trying to convert this mash file into solid but every time i try, it doesn't turn into solid. Instead it converts small parts of the mash as solid. Can anyone help me with it?

Your converted MESH file shared link is shown here.  It is too large to attach to a Forum Post.  I will not retain it in my Database very long so please down it as soon as possible.
