Can't Press Pull

I am a beginner and I cannot press pull this circle I made. When I do so stripes show up and nothing happens. What should I do?

Turn off visibility of the Section Analysis in the browser.

(Analysis folder in upper left of your screen capture image.)

The “stripes” indicate section cross-hatch.
